Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item and we can accept a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at www.otisandoliverco.com
Please contact us at otisandoliverco@gmail.com with a description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please do not send your package back without confirmation from us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No returns or exchanges will be accepted from homes with smoke or pet hair.
Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with return or exchange.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Refunds:
Refunds are only given if items are damaged or not as described on our website. All other returns will be given store credit.
