The tie is nice, the quality seems good, workmanship on the tie is good. The color is as expected, allowing me to wear it with multiple shirts.The material is thick, and while that is not a massive problem, it does make tying the tie very challenging. It took me the first time maybe 6-7 tries. It went better the next time I wore it. It is a good gift for those who might not know what kind of color shirts they have.

I really dig this Otis & Oliver necktie...the colors and the stripes are a good combination, I believe this style was the Pasadena? There are a bunch of different styles for this tie, I liked this one the best. It is 100% cotton, so it should be machine washable...it didn't come with any care instructions, but I would assume that washing in cold and drying low would be the move (and then ironing straight). I don't have any other cotton ties, they're all either silk or polyester; I think it's good to have an old school cotton tie in the arsenal...very working-man.
